I am going to a makeup trend show tomorrow at a Nordstroms and I have no idea what to buy! You get a coupon for all of the makeup counters but I don't have any one product in mind. Mac? Nars? Lancome? Please let me know what some of your favorite high end products are so that I can look out for a few to try out! Thanks

GET SOME BRUSHES. you will thank us later :3 let's put it this way. Make Up is art. Painting on eye make up can be the most difficult thing to do if you don't have the right utensils. hope this helps!

I totally agree with Janessa. But if you must have makeup you should try Nars Sheer Glow foundation or Orgasm blush. Love both.

I agree with Janessa, aswell. You can never go wrong with brushes. If I were you I'd try to look for "gifts with purchase" or gift sets. It's a way to try out a few items and see what you like best. I'd say to think about why your biggest "flaw" is. Like the thing I most dislike about my face is my redness. So I splurge on conclear, and everything else I use is drugstore.

Thanks so much guys! I ended up getting viva glam niki- a lip stick by mac. I thought since it was such a bright color, it would be easier to use it more thoughtfully and sparingly. :D

if you seriously want something luxury, then get yourself chanel aqualumiere foundation or Lancome teint miracle/something else starting "teint" foundation (there's so many alternatives from Lancome so I feel that I shouldn't start listing them all in here).
