Um well sometimes I use an eye brow pencil but I forget what it's called it was a brush in the too and my friend uses it all the time umm.

Fill them in with short strokes, not long ones. And rub them when you're done, to soften it. Brow gel, or clear mascara helps too. I use a brown No.7 eyeliner to fill mine in, but you can use brown eyeshadow too. Tecnic is good.

I've got a video on my YouTube that shows you different ways www.youtube.com/mscharleyboom.. If your a starter use a eye brow pencil first then go onto more advance ways like eyebrow kits and shadow xx

I use MAC Eyebrows pencil and I love it. You can get really dramatic brows or really naturel :)

I use a small angled brush and a matte eye shadow. youtube turorials are very helpful too. x
