Where us the best place to store coconut oil? I purchased a jar it was solid them I put it in my linen closet the next day it was liquid! It does say no refrigeration required & it will melt in 76 degree, but its summer time where do all if you keep yours??

In my kitchen cupboard, and some in the bathroom in a small jar; the kitchen one is completely liquid and the bathroom one is an in between of solid and liquid, yours is fine I'm sure! If you want you can keep it in the fridge, won't exactly hurt it!

So funny Desiree that's what I did I put some back in linen closet in a small jar it's liquid & the rest in the fridge (solid) just wanted to be sure if it was ok.

I found that if I put it in the fridge it would absorb the scent of whatever is pungent...garlic/onion. I store mine right on top of my bathroom vanity.

Mine melts in the kitchen, but is solid on my vanity. I transfer a bit it to a little Tupperware container, to reduce risk of contamination.

All fats have a melting point, and solid point. Coconut oil is lower than say cocoa butter or even crisco, but not by much.

I store mine in the kitchen cabinet, some days its liquid other days its solid just depends on what the weather is like that day. I've tried storing it in the fridge but found that it gets a little too hard and makes it harder to scoop out.
