How old is she?

If she is younger, I would say natural makeup, like Lipgloss, and a little mascara. But if she wants like a full face I'd say regular makeup like foundation, eyeshadow, blush and all that. And my hair is a little wavy so I have no idea how to style her hair. Sorry. I hope that helped.

I say straighten her hair and put natural makeup cuz she looks young and she's already pretty.

I say it depends on who youre seeing. With the concerts I go to, we wear a lot of heavy makeup, like dark liner and a really nice bronzer. But I usually stick to a bunch of mascara and use a sharpie for makeup since we sweat ALOT and makeup runs off, and I'd rather be watching the band than in the bathroom doing touch ups. But if youre going to a stadium concert (I go to small venues more) then I'd say however you feel comfortable doing your look. For hair, same as makeup. I end up putting mine up because I get sick of it being pulled in the pit, but for a taylor swift or something concert youre fine to straighten or do your hair nice.

Straighten hair and maybe only lipgloss and a little mascara. She's still too young.
