I have exactly the same problem, I find that washing my face more makes it worse! I just use a strong toner, and then botanics or the body shops moisturisers which reduce the oil in your skin! You can do this before you apply markup too :) hope it helps! X

When I at home I just wash my face with gel bar soap , I don't use anything after that, but if I have go out I use a non comodogenic toner and apply Lush enzymion moisturizer. its the best it feels like water and you need just a dab for your full face. Also before going to bed wash your face with a gel soap and leave it don't apply moisturiser and all that. Avoid cream soap stick to gel bars.

Use an astringent such as slightly diluted apple cider vinegar after cleansing and before moisturising.

Don't wash your face more than 2x a day! Try using a white egg mask it will definitely reduce oil from your face, then use an oil free face wash & a strong toner, a mattifying mouisturizer & a setting spray, it will definitely help :) xx

This should help:
1. Wash your face with an unscented face wash (natural)
2. work in circles outwards, don't do any inwards circles, and this will stretch your skib backwards, preventing wrinkles and pushing the oil away.
3. Rinse with warm water to wash out the dirt, which causes oiliness, and then splash with cold water to close the pores and so you don't allow any dirt to get trapped.
4. Then, use a face scrub to exfoliate your skin, this will reduce the amount of oil in your skin.
5. Again, Rinse with warm water and splash with cold water.
6. Pat your face dry with a soft towel or use tissue paper.
7. Cleanse your face with aloe vera or a gentle face cleanser.
All of these will prevent oily skin and build up of dirt, which causes break-outs

Also be prepared to clean your makeup brushes as they may be the cause of oily skin, and make sure you take your makeup off with a cleansing wipe so that the makeup doesn't stay on your face causing dirt to build up as a consequence.
Hope this helps x
oh, and don't exfoliate more than 3 times a week x

Use rosewater and witch hazel as a toner. Make sure you use a strong cleanser with a drying agent such as salicylic acid or benzyol peroxide. Try a mattifying moisturize. I have one from The Body Shop from their seaweed range (made for oily skin) that works really well. I have also heard good things about this one: http://www.makemyyours.com/multi-purpose-mattifying-moisturizer-products-20.php?page_id=67

Carry blotting sheets and a pressed powder with you throughout the day so you can control any oil & shine.

DO NOT wash your face more than twice daily. The cleanser dries out your skin, so your body freaks out and produces more oils to compensate. You are only making it worse by washing your skin so frequently!
Use an exfoliating scrub 2-3 times a week, and a mask once a week. This will keep your skin in a good condition :)
And most importantly, stay hydrated!

If you wash your skin too often it'll dry out and cause a faster oil production, I know it's hard to resist but stick to only twice a day, in the mean time make sure you moisturise a lot! your skin is dry underneath so needs lots of cream
for the appearance I'd recommend buying blotting paper for in the day and use translucent mattifying powder

Definitely do not wash your face multiple times a day! It's horrible for your skin and throws off the ph balance of your skin. Cleanse morning and night, always use a toner (which will even out the skins ph balance) and then moisturize. Yes oily skin needs to be moisturized. I highly recommend Simple Skincare's Light Moisturizer.
