This is kinda a dumb? but I haven't been wearing make up for very long and am not too good at it my question is I have a bb cream so when I wash my face what goes first bb cream foundation powder? etc... thanks girls:-)

The first thing you want to do is use moisturizer. Then use a primer. Make sure it's a matte primer to cut down on shine. Then use concealer under your eyes. Then use your liquid or cream foundation. Then you can finish with a powder. It sounds like a lot but I'm a makeup artist and it really makes a look come together.
