I have never done anything to my eyes other than eyeshadow and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions and how to do them?

Or if you don't want to do the wings (where it flares out at the end of the eye) you can follow these steps as well :) I hope this helps you in some way!

Make sure when you start using liner to start with something easy like a gel or cream liner. I would suggest liquid liner only with a felt tip applicator. If you mess up just keep eye makeup remover and qtips on hand. If you mess up a single you can dip the qtips in the remover to fix.
