Here's mine to give you an idea:
1. Wake up & wash face with cleanser
2. Then exfoliate with a gentle scrub
3. Wash away with warm water
4. Pat dry and use moisturizer. (Some people use toner, and then moisturizer but I choose not to use toner at all).
At night:
1. Remove makeup with makeup remover
2. Cleanse again
3. Pat dry and apply moisturizer
4. Use spot treatment if needed

In the morning:
Clean your face with a cleanser, avoiding the skin around the eyes. Rinse off with water and pat dry.
Then use a toner. Toner closes up your pores therefore helping to prevent dirt getting into them.
Finally moisturise, preferably with a moisturiser that contains SPF.
At night, repeat the same as above but use a different moisturiser - one without SPF.
You can also use a gentle exfoliant once/twice a week. Excessive exfoliation will dry out your skin.

Then again, everyone has different skin.
I don't use toner to close my pores, I use cold water. Toners are meant to clean out the extra dirt and what not that the cleanser hadn't picked up.
And exfoliation won't always dry out your skin, it depends on what you use to exfoliate.
I use a gently scrub with small beads that is meant to be used everyday.
Find what's good for you, chicky. Your routine has to fit to your needs (:
