It's a nice, basic cleanser to have. I use one for oily/acne-prone skin. But in some cases you will want to use something stronger that has a drying agent like salicylic acid.

It works for my older sister, but not so much for me. I guess it depends on your skin type.

Use coconut oil. I haven't had acne in years since I've been using it. Get it from the health food store.

I wash my face with Cetaphil every day. I use the the non-foaming kind first to remove all my makeup, then I use the lathering kind with my Clarisonic to wash a second time after the makeup is gone. If you wear full-face makeup washing twice will make a world of difference, but it's important to use a face wash that's not too harsh.
Every dermatologist I've ever been to has recommended using Cetaphil to wash. I have extremely dry, acne-prone skin.
