Sleep well. eat healthy. sleep deprivation also causes darj circles... I guess stress too causes dark circles..

I use hard candy concealer then bare minerals bisque concealer on top of that. Works well for me.

Put two spoons in the freezer and let them freeze, when you take them out put them on top of your eyes, your bags will disappear!

Also you can buy under eye cream at any Walmart or target. Fake up by benifit is the best concealer ever! Will completely cover up your bags!
