What can I use or do to make my nails grow!?

I have sucky nails and they don't grow quickly at all. What do you think I should use?

My nails literally grow one centimeter every 3 weeks they're super long. honestly the best thing is to do is to not cut them and use nail polishes and hardeners to strengthen them and use argen oil to moisturize the cuticles I was lucky in the fact that my mother never cut my nails much as a baby so my skin grew with my nails so I can't cut my nails past my skin. but do not use acrylics if youre trying to have healthy nails try gel nails and when you get bored of them simply peel it off.
