I have decent skin but with some large pores. I cleanse/ exfoliate / moisturise regularly but I don't use toner. I've used toner in the past and found that it dried my skin out. perhaps I didn't use a good one, I don't know. is this step necessary? what brand do you use? I'm in the uk, thanks!

Organic rose water is a great natural toner...won't dry you out at all n will retain the natural moisture of your skin! You can get it at any local drugstore or Boots.

Lush has great toners and they're alcohol free which is probably what was drying your skin out. I believe they're about?15 for their large and?7 for a small one but I'm not positive.
