What is the safest and correct way to use benzoyl peroxide? and are there any creams that contain it?

I used Quinoderm, I have the 5% benzoyl peroxide but you can use a higher percentage. I apply a thin layer and blend it into my skin. I do this every morning and evening. (On a clean face)

Do you use it in place of moisturiser? like you can apply make up over it?

I use a moisturiser, primer, then Quinoderm over the top. It's fine under makeup. :)

I recommend the Neutrogena Daily Scrub or Cleanser/Mask. They both contain benzoyl peroxide and really helped control my breakouts. I used it at night, since it can be drying, and I applied a moisturzier before I went to sleep, so my skin would be soft in the morning, I wouldn't use them in the morning before you get ready since it can be very drying for some people.
