in that case just something very sophisticated. with a natural makeup look not too little but not too over the top

Ditto Leandra. I would wear makeup specific to the counter you're applying for. If it's for more than one counter it's ok to mix and match. I use to manage Fashion Fair and Elizabeth Arden. Although it's not Mac I recommend wearing all black.
