I really like this dress, it's like a skater dress. I asked my friends and they think it's a little busy but I disagree. What do you think?

It is kinda busy. when you accessorize just keep it simple. with outfits that have more going on you want it to be the main piece so keep it easy with the shoes. a nice white cardigan would look nice(:
