Choose a brand with a fine fet tip...

When I am using liquid eyeliner I usually go for one with a felt tip. It allows me to create a more precise line and I can always go back and fill it in if I need to. If I am starting to shake I usually grab on to my elbow with my other hand that I am not using to prevent any mistakes. I hope that made sense. =)
