I heard from many girls that coconut oil kept it soft and not rough from the bleach.

I would recommend just getting a full head of highlights as it looks more healthy and natural and even though you have black hair if you have it done professionally it goes a perfect blonde :) x

What about dying your hair a lighter brown and doing ombré? It's really really in and looks super adorable if you have longish hair. Bleaching your hair really will damage it, and if you're doing it yourself it will end up kinda of a weird orange ish color. If you do get it right, your hair will have gone from black to light blonde and that's such a huge change that your hair will be ruined (for a month or two). I bleached my hair to dye it blue, didn't like it, and by the time I had red hair again my hair was so fried it was insane. All that lead up to me having to cut my hair because it was so damaged! Be careful and generally when you get your hair lightened you should go to a professional for best results. Xx
