Cleanse it, apply ice (if you have something frozen like frozen vegetables then use that. Much easier plus it doesn't melt) then apply a spot treatment. Don't touch it. If you don't have a spot treatment then apply hydrogen peroxide. If you don't have that then put on baking soda mixed with water on your zit

Toothpaste only helps because it contains baking soda. If you use the real thing rather than the substitute than you'll get better results

You should leave it on for 10 minutes tops. May sting a bit but it is working. Apply the next day or night depending on your time zone and just repeat the cycle

Yes you can do it to your whole face! I do it once a week. But make sure to moisturise. It can tend to dry out your skin if you do it often

People say to use tooth paste and I have also used this however it has an ingredient in it which can cause acne a-swell as get rid of a pimple I also have found out and researched it can cause redness on the face as it burns your skin :) x

There is a natural face scrub which I have found the best to use which you can make yourself it's simply lemon and honey and if you want an exfoliant in it simply add sugar or something which is a natural fine grain :) hope this helps x
