So my first question is, Is it hard for any of you to budget money and save money when you come across your fav. makeup/skincare/dress etc.

Sinead k. I agree. It is a high to some degree because you are infatuated with the products/clothing or whatever because it makes you FEEL beautiful. But then after you put your bags in the car, you're like " Really?" But ignore that voice in your head. I really do not want to be like that anymore. I do not have a serious spending problem, but I could be better. It is very hard putting it in practice. Just like eating clean/ working out daily. GrR.

@tara g, I have not tried those Lip tars, I guess its because I am not a lip girl? I wish I was, on time I did actually try a hot pink one on, and it looked awful! But quite a few people come in and buy them. I like the colorful lips thats for sure!
@A.C- omg, you sound like me. That is exactly how I am with my Boyfriend. I just stopped telling him, well I always do tell him, but I didn't tell him about my buys last night! :P OH well, he doesn't care anyways.

Sara s. I have fair skin with pink under tones and never thought I could wear a bright lip but now that I figured put how to make it work with my tone I'm addicted. My boyfriend humors me and I don't tell him of my purchases he wouldn't notice anyway I have so much makeup he assumes I already have it...hee hee.

I'm with you Sara... It's very difficult! There's always something I feel I need but in reality I don't. It's always something I just want. Just last month I spent $360 which is a lot for me! I've run out of space to store my items but I continue to do it. And it doesn't help me any that my husband sees nothing wrong with it. He thinks that's just what women do.... shop.

I was just thinking about this the past few days, cause lately (coincidentally since I joined beautylish and watching YouTube beauties) I have went freaking overboard and am more in love with and obsessed with makeup than I have ever been before! and going over my budget which is very small to start with I told myself "I have to stop, no more, I don't need anything else!" but what did I do today? I stop at the grocery store, walk past the cosmetics isle and end up getting a blush frm wet n wild (cause I justify it being its so cheap) ugh, what is wrong with me? did I need it? NO... But I do love it, it actually turned out to be really pretty snd super pigmented... but still I think the only way I can stop is by not going in any store ever again! :-D. at least I don't feel so alone, ashamed and horrible though, thanks y'all for sharing.
