Buying pro nail stuff at sally's?

Can you buy professional nail stuff (acrylic, fiber glass, etc) at sally's without a pro card? Its always behind the counter and there's only empty boxes on the shelves. I want to start doing my own acrylics or fiber glass nails. Thanx!

Yes you can, but its not professional it sucks

They have it behind the counters because its little products that people can easily steal, it is professional products same brands that they sell in profrssional only stores!
