I already put up a post but no one seems to be saying anything so... basically I need to know what healthy food to pack for lunch when I'm not home. I don't know much about healthy foods so...if anyone can list some things off, it would help me a lot!

Blueberries are a snack that are awesome to put into any lunch, since blueberries fill you up a whooole lot even with a small amount. So fruit salad included with blueberries would be awesome :D Hope this helped.

I listed fruit twice lol but forgot to list avocados and meat. I know eggs are really good but they make my stomach sick, so does milk so I always get almond milk.

I usually stick with fruits as snacks like bananas and grapes but whatever fruit you like just use that and I usually pack a deli meat sandwich (no butter or mayo just lean meat and cheese and whole grain wheat bread) and then water to drink and that's it - and a fiber one granola bar for breakfast if I don't have time for cereal n milk - hope that helps! otherwise you can always pack a salad I see people at work do that all the time.

I usually do trail mix but I recently learned from my physical therapist that nuts are high on calories so if you want to loose weight I wouldn't recommend them. But they are good for a boost of energy! I also do fruit salad. Melons, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple. They don't always do okay together though because of the juices. My mom usually makes it for me ;P lol.

Riveta crackers are good and maybe make or buy humus to go with them or a light soup?😊

Hummus!! Sabra is my favorite brand and I love the roasted garlic one but they have plain and some other flavors too. I dip baby carrots in it as well as other veggies. I also make veggie wraps with it and they're soo good. I also just started eating yogurt. I'd also recommend red grapefruit because it's really good for you and its really refreshing. I like the tartness of it but you can add some splenda to it if its too sour. It really shouldn't be sour though, just a bit tart but mostly sweet. Granola bars, cottage cheese, raw veggies and other fruits. If you like zucchini you can make zucchini chips. They'll be crunchy and you can add some seasoning so they can replace regular chips. Just cut them thin (not too thin because if they overcook they'll just wither up and crumble.) and place them on a baking tray covered in wax paper or parchment paper. Before baking them squeeze them between sheets of paper towels to get some excess water out so they bake faster. Then place them on the baking sheet so they aren't overlapping and brush them with a bit of olive oil, sprinkle with a bit of salt and whatever other seasonings you want. Bake them for as long as it takes for them to get crispy and not soggy. The recipe I found says 2+ hours but that may be too much, so I recommend checking them often. Even if they don't get crispy they'll taste good. Zucchini always tastes better cooked in my opinion lol.
