Help please! How do you remove and prevent milia seeds I'm getting quite a few and I don't know why? :(

Usually excessive amounts of makeup can cause them. Depending where they are on your face you can use scrubs to remove them. Hope this helps some :)

What are milia seeds?

They are super tiny little bumps that are firm and can't be popped like a pimple. Most times they end up on or around the eyes.

I have those too and I hate it and I've tried to get rid of them without success. My dermatologist told me retin A helps but it dries out my under eyes.

Parabens clogs the pores beneath the eyes in some people. Apply pore primer.. since that's what they are...and they should be less visible and smoother.

Creams will do nothing to remove them so its sad to hear that a dermo suggested Retin A. :/ They are completely harmless but to remove only a dermo can do so. Though they are known to go away on their own. Most times they occur due to trauma to the skin. I had two pop up around my eye area after a few microdermabrasion treatments (which I stopped getting and no more popped up after that). Also, using products that irritated that area of skin (such as cleansers and even certain acne products that are too harsh for skin). To avoid them...a good skincare regime and using oil- free moisturizers that contain spf 30 and for evening using a moisturizer that is oil free as well.

I used to get them when I was younger. But I think it was because I was not very good with skin care...
