Put your hair in a messy bun and put a cute jewelled hairband or clip in. Use plenty of eyeliner and lipstick to get the top makeup look, and maybe a cream blush for a natural looking colour. Try and find a 'flapper' dress or a dress with sequins or feathers or those tassely things :)
