Foundation For Oily/Sensitive Skin?

Hello ladies! I've been looking for a good foundation for sensitive and oily skin. It doesn't matter the price, just anything that works and won't make me break out or irritate my skin! I would like something that isn't cakey, I have a nice skin tone, but I need something to even it out (I have hyperpigmentation/dark spots). Any suggestions would be lovely!
