I've heard that there are some liquids that can turn powder shadows into gel ones.. macs fix+ being one of them. Is this true?? if so... do you guys know any others and were to find them?

Never heard of that, I think they.just make them wet and maybe they feel like gel. And the liquid would most likely just dry leaving the shadow powdery again.

I know some powder shadows when you wet your makeup brush will give it more of an effect. You could use it like a gel to do like an eyeliner but those are powdered eyeshadows not compressed ones. Not too sure I heard this from a girlfriend of mine.

It's true. Carmindy used some on What Not To Wear several years ago. She never mentions brands so I'm not sure what it was.
