So I'm going to a amusement park tomorrow and was planing on wearing shorts but now there might be rain (its been raining all week) so what.should I wear? And how should I do my makeup and hair? Thanks =)

I just went to grad bash, where it rained for a good while. be aware outside rides will be closed. but sometimes they provide ponchos for you. if not bring your own. also I would wear boots, not necessarily rain boots, but shoes might get soaked and be uncomfortable later.
