I got one the other day I usually use thing called campho-pheniqe and it reduces the size but it hasnt done anything. does anyone know of a fast simple remedy to help reduce the size and heal fast.

Also I forgot to mention, never expose your lips to windy, cold breeze, always keep it moisturize with daily hour to hour appliance of good chapstick. I also realize getting your body too tired and not getting sleep on time, causes the recurrence. Make sure drink plenty of water , sleep on time and let your body rest. When you get cold sore, never wash your sore with antibacterial soap, like many doctor recommend. That just causes virus to spread. Better not to touch at all. Don't use mouth wash. Apply medicine with cutips. When you sleep, make sure you keep your face away from tilting to the pillow, it causes to spread. It is really annoying. Hope it works.
