Well my favourite starters are hue from mac, this should work with your skin tone as it will just lighten your lips to a nude pink, but I would think creme caramel or flamingo should work from StarLooks should work beautifully!

MAC "blankety" paired with MAC lip pencil in "chestnut" to give you a nice ombre lip topped off with MAC "nymphette" lipglass. Its what I wear and I'm a NC 45 for reference.
