1. has anyone tryed the "ticked pink airbrush system"?
I seen one used on ebay for cheap. and if its descent would like to buy it.

2. if I get a airbrush compressor (not any specific brand) can I use watever brand of airbrush makeup I want? 0r do I have tostick to watever brand the airbrush comp. is?

Hi, my husband bought me a Dinair airbrush system for Christmas. I absolutely love it! I've heard that Dinair is the only system in which you can use any type of makeup with. However, I've been really impressed with my Dinair makeup and they also sell sets specifically for wedding makeup and etc, if that is what you're looking for. Depending on how much you want to come in your kit, that makes the cost but for Christmas my husband found a deal where he could pay for the medium level kit and get everything that comes with the pro kit for free. I love my Dinair and personally think its the best! Good luck doll.

I just bought the Temptu 2.0 airbrush system! It's new with Temptu pod makeup! You can get the starter kit (which I got) for 200 and get bronzer blush foundation and a highlighting glow. I promise you will not regret this! You won't have to worry about the makeup getting clogged in the machine because it uses the pod makeup! Mario Dedivanovic (the amazing Kardashian/celebrity makeup artist) said temptu was his favorite airbrush system! I would not lie to anyone about this! Temptu has free shilling and arrives in five days! If you buy this let me know how you like it because I love it!!

I have a dinair. I chose that one because of the price and reputation. No, your not suppose to use other brands with it but I do. I have found that luminess and glam air work well. Temptu pro needs a few drops of water. Some brands are thicker then others.

I have a Pasche (pronounced Pash-ay) and I just use a standard compressor with it. I mix my own foundation using witch hazel to thin it and my results are good. I don't know how much the airbrush was because I received it when I was in school and my tuition covered it. But the compressor is from a supply/hardware store called Harbor Freight and was only $70. So that alone isn't expensive. You may also want to look into a brand of airbrush called Iwata. They're supposedly the holy grail of airbrushes from what some of my teachers told me. They are probably pricey though. I have only used the mix-it-yourself way but I don't think I'd ever really like having to be stuck with one brand or range of colors because an airbrush only takes a certain cartridge. I would find that very limiting, myself. Plus if you get one you where you can mix paints and products yourself you can also paint with it, both on paper/canvas and do body painting if you're into that or are considering it as a service to add. It's much easier to mix your own product for something like that in my opinion. Just a note lol. Bottom line is that I don't own a "name brand" airbrush system and my results are still that same, flawless finish.

I have the Dinair airbrush system and it works really really well! I use it on most of my clients and works really well! Especially on older skin. Read every review you can find on the airbrush system you're looking at and see what people say about it!

Jacqueline makes some really good points I forgot about like the dual-action. I think that's definitely the way to go. You get much more control over how much product comes out. It takes some practice but it's worth it in the long run.

I also have a Dinair system and I have some skin problems like spider veins and large pores. My makeup looks amazing with Dinair. Also, remember that a good primer is key too!
