I highly reccomend a clarisonic Mia. They're kind of expensive, but so worth it. I use mine with cetaphil.

You can use eye drops to constrict blood vessels to stop redness and dry them out.

It may be a bit drying, but Oxy face wash is what I use when I break out during the time of the month. It's 10% benzoyl peroxide. Also tea tree oil for spot treating is effective. If using both, I would apply them sparingly because they both are drying. But moisturizing is a good thing to do anyway. Also, for a mask and a spot treatment, I really like Proactive's white refining mask because it has sulphur in it and its a good acne-fighting ingredient.
