I'm doing my sisters makeup for prom, she's wearing a dress that's sapphire blue and a lighter blue color. What eye makeup should I do for her? And what lip color?

I think a smokey eye with black and brown and a baby pink or a baby lip gloss it will match it perfectly.
A line of eyeliner and some mascara ,you can apply some false lashes but you can let your normal lashes and curl them , you can use some councielor and powder and then she ia ready
