I'm a country girl but once in a while I have city style. I have THICK brown hair thats frizzy no matter what. blue eyes. I'm 5'9".I'm 15 , 16 july 1st. I do wear make up. please help me. willing to maybe get a hair cut but not cut short.

I think some blonde highlights or Carmel, It will brighten you up a lot and your hair looks so nice I wouldn't cut it!! Just get some colour :)

Shape your brows, and try wearing some nude colored eye shadows maybe with falsies, and ombré your hair!

Maybe fill in your brows a little bit. And definitely get some good mascara.

Fill in your brows buy a brown eyeshadow palette like "walking on eggshells" by wet n wild with some eyeliner and megaplush mascara! I think that would make a big difference:)
