I pluck but not the top of my brow then use either brown eyeshadow with angle brush or a brow pencil (afterwards I take my brow brush to rub it in)

Ashley those brows are fierce...I love them. I use pencil to outline and then brow powder to fill them the brow powder is my Maybelline and the pencil is by Milani.

I use brow powder with a small angled eye brush then I set it with the revlon clear gel eye brow mascara...
