Its a 10 is amazing, but I also use a brush called the wet brush and it slides my tangles right out. I even tested it on my daughter and niece and they have long hair and they were even shocked it didnt hurt like it usually does. and thats coming from a 10 and 11 yr old. not sure how it does it but I'm sold. even have converted my family to using them.

Thanks Leslie s the main reason I wanted a good detangler is because my 3 yr olds hair is ridiculously tangled! Also thanks everyone else I guess I'm going to by its a 10 again :) I haven't used that in like 5 years! I forgot how great it was!

I agree totally with @sarena k.. I have naturally curly hair which can be hard to tame at times , imagine the garner works. By the way if you are just trying new products I wouldn't recommend blowing a lot of money. See it you like it.

Yeah the its a 10 isnt cheap. doubt any professional line will be. try good old pantene or suave and try that brush I recommended. I bet it will help a lot. I totally understand where your coming from :)
