I don't get pimples very often, but When I do I have a trick that works great: wash your face and then take 2 teaspoons of water and 2 teaspoons of vinager then use a q-tip and dab in on the pimples!

I found doing this helped clear abd reduced my breakouts : using body shop's seaweed ionic clay once a week (draws out impurities and is great for combination skin), using (laneige) sleeping mask alternate days, then on the other days this night cream which has BHA salicylic acid, using a moisturiser with soothing properties ('calms' acne, I use etude house's restorative cream)
