Ok, this is a really awkward question but how do I get rid of breakouts on my breasts?

Like Jocelyn said get yourself a anti acne body wash and scrub in that area really well with a loofa. I know Neutrogena makes a anti acne body spray which I haven't tried but I might get this summer for at the beah.
