Are there any exercises that make you have smaller waist/hips relatively fast? I know nothing to major is going to happen in a month I'm just trying to get more curves in time for graduation this year
R there any exercises that can do this? Or any foods I should avoid ( I already avoid dairy sense I have hereditary acne - nothing major but no dairy keeps the acne under control )

(1/2) (1.)stretch. (2.) 25-50 pushups (3.)100 jumping Jack's (4). 2 sets of crunches 50 of them (5.)4 sets of 2 minute planks (6.)run for 30 minutes (7.) 25- (2/2) 50 pushups and crunches. (2/2) with a source of fruit.(Dinner) a turkey burger with vegetables on it and lots and lots of water. No soda,chips,candy etc.lots and lots of water that's like one if the major details of the plan.

Hanging knee raises produces results fast. I personally bypassed the P90 for DDP Yoga. Less time...great for my nerves...easier to stick with.

For the waist...do punches side to side and concentrate on moving your mid section with each punch. You can do that while watching Tv or listening to music...but do a lot.
