Sudocreme works pretty well. Or cut yourself a fringe and pretend its not happening :)

Leave it alone. Don't irritate it more.

First use a peeling (to get rid of the dead skin) and then use an icecupe and hold it for 5min on the pimple until the cupe melted. (it will help the thikness) Afterwards put some light cream on. (maybe your skin is a lot irritated) and then at least what helpes me a lot I use a cream which is actually for ignitioned mucsels... (cause a pimple is an infection and thats what that stuff is for) :-) hope it helps!

Benedryl cream works pretty well for me. It usually brings down any swelling and takes away the pain if its one that hurts. I sometimes layer that and Neosporin and it helps a lot. The Neosporin will kill the bacteria and let it start to heal. I use the ointment (actually the generic version, any kind will work as long as its an antibiotic cream or ointment) which can be a little greasy but they have a cream formula too. It doesn't break me out further either.
