Want to get rid of keratosis pilaris!!

I have keratosis Pilaris on my cheeks, arms, and upper thighs. It's really severe, and I've had it all my life. I just want to get rid of it already!! It's so embarrising, and even foundation and concealer doesn't cover it. I just want to get rid of it. I've tried different exfoliators that help, but didn't solve it. Any tips on how toget rid of it??

Or you can go to the dermatologist & they'll probably prescribe Amlactin cream. Although it does work, its very drying.

I've been using the st. ives exfoliating body wash. its the one will sea kelp and mineral salt. that and a mousturizer have helped me a ton!

I have KP, too. I use coconut oil on every area affected. It isn't very treatable, but coconut oil works really well on making the bumps smoother. I have been using it for about a month and my skin is much better where the bumps are!

I have keratosis pilaris on my arms! I tried to moisturize as much as I could, and bought a bunch of random things on the drug store that people said would help. Nothing worked for me. About a month ago, I was really fed up and finally saw a dermatologist. I was prescribed Hydrocortisone cream twice a day, and Ammonium Lactate 12% before bed time. I do not think these are available over the counter anywhere, so I would definitely recommend seeing a dermatologist for the right treatment for you. While it can't be cured, the visibility of mine has been cut in half.
