I have all these small colorless bumps on my head. They are SO annoying. I use Proactive so I don't have many actual pimples, like red bumps or white heads. How do I get rid of them?

Exfoliate and they should be gone soon.

You can get a blackhead/whitehead removing tool. They're easy to use and you can do it yourself.

Mine are scattered and they aren't black heads or white heads but that might work.

I have them too, I find them the worst looking around my period, just be careful not to touch for face and they will start to look better

Get a hot rag and put it on there and the bump will bust and you can wipe it off.
