Jordana has some good lip glosses. Super cheap like $2 or less. Good consistency except for the clear. the best colors are in the tubes with the wands. They do have a little of that artificial scent but it wears off pretty quickly.

I love Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters. There are some great swatches online and they are the best of the buget brand lip sticks, IMHO.

Also at fashion shoppes I discovered a brand called Italia and if you can find it buy it! As pigmented as Mac and just great quality but very hard to find ;/

Nyx is not the easiest to find, even in NYC. Very few places seem to carry the full line. Elf is at SOME targets, but not all, and I've never seen the full line anywhere. Best bet is to join the elf site because they have all kinds of specials and sales going on. CONSTANT. You will get an email every few days with their latest sale (kinda annoying), so wait until you see the sale that suits you best. They are free shipping over $25 always (I believe), but sometimes they'll offer free shipping on $15. With elf, you need to ONLY go for items that get rave reviews. About half of the line is crap tbh, but at those prices it's easy to want to try new stuff. The other half is a great bargain, just look at makeup alley reviews. I could make a lost of elf must haves, and one of must not.
