Elf, hard candy, wet and wild, Nyx and NYC are probably your best bets. NYX would be the most expensive listed but they still have items for about 5 bucks I believe.

NYC is cheap as well and I like the quality. well I buy the liquid eyeliner and its really good. I'm pretty sure the other stuff is good as well. don't forget to look for products that are on clearance from other products.

Nyx is compared to MAC soo you might wanna look into those! I love wet n wild & elf and some NYC , I'd say spend over $10 on foundation though lol {:

Love love love coastal scents custom palettes. Online only so make sure and google the shadow swatches. Each shadow is 1.99 and the palettes to put them in are about 4 to 10$ depending on which size you want. Most of the makeup brushes are under 5$.

Wet & wild lipsticks and eye shadow pallets are good!! Elf blushes! I think elf also has tinted moisturizer which I've never tried but it's only 3 bucks! NYX lipsticks ,eyeshadows, blushes, and lip liners.

Wet n wild is cheap and has some good stuff. try their megalast lip colors, and their coverall foundation ($3.99) and powder ($2.99 or $3.99 as well), and their blushes and eye shadows as well.
