I use a moisturizing conditioner, and HEAT PROTECTANT! I let my hair air dry, and then flat iron it in layers. I use the Kenra platinum silk inning mist, it makes my hair really soft and shiny- definitely reccomend the product! Hope this helped, xoxo.

1. Heat protection spray before styling.
2. Wen Hair once per week
3. brush your hair from the ends, and work your way upwards. This prevents tearing and breakage.
4. Preventing breakage is the main thing. You can not repair broken hair. You can only use certain products that will "lay" your broken hairs down. They do not glue back together. Take vitamins that lean towards healthier hair and drink loads of water. You will see a change. And of course green foods help, but most don't like doing this. But if you added spinach and brocolli in your diet frequently this would make a large difference. Most just stick with the vitamins.
