So I did this for fun, just to goof around the house. My hair is pink and I had on a *neon* lime green dress and I did wear it out later on.
Eyes: -LA Colors Jumbo Eye Pencil in Sea Shells
-e.l.f 144 palette
Eyebrows: -Rimmel London white eyeliner pencil

You need mascara and winged eyeliner

Not very well blended. The brows look very caked on. I wouldn't have gone with warm colors under the eye, or red on the inner corner.

You need liner n it would b complete I like it. I'd wear it out too I love dramatic eye catching looks.
