If this is a wild party, be spunky! Here's 3 things you need: 1:colored eyeshadow. You are there to be crazy, no? 2: go outside your comfort zone. Do things you are normally too laid back/scared to do. You're only young for around 15 more years. 3: you have really pretty hair. Showcase it. If he's the hunk you are implying him to be, strut your stuff! The big man upstairs gave it to you for a reason right?
