Go to a dermatologist and ask if you have skin asthma or allergies. I have them both, when it's too cold or too warm I have them. When I eat too many fatty foods and chocolates citric acid etc.etc. Switch to unscented lotion and bodywash (sensitive etc.etc) I use baby lotion when I have them during winter.

I used to have that when I was little. It went away on its own. I have no idea what causes it.

It's called Keratosis Pilaris- Dermadoctor has a line of products called KP Duty that will clear it up. Also, not the healthiest option, but tanning helps.

DermaDoctor has a KP scrub and cream that works miracles. Pricy, but a little goes a long way and you will see fast results. ULTA carries it online and on their stores.
