Eyeliner Smudge!

I've been using many different types of eyeliner such as gel and liquid but my eyeliner on my top lids always seem to smudge and get on my eyelids even if I apply eyeshadow primer. Any tips on how to help fix this? Thanks :)!

The same thing happens to me..my lids are super oily but it works when I put on a primer first and a setting spray after..using a waterproof non oil based liquid liner should also do the trick!

Try setting your eyeliner with the same color eyeshadow. it help a lot.

Put more powder on your lid to stop it from transferring
