How To Get Rid Of A Red Bump After A Pimple?

I had a pimple since Monday and I popped it yesterday but now I have a red bump I've been putting ice water and it seems to be going down I wash my face is there any cream I can put on it? I know it has to go away on its own but do you have any tricks to speed up the process.
