Greens for sure! I like drinking green powders. I think they help you feel better overall inside & out. ;) here is a pic of the one I use. Although, it does taste nasty as hell. I have to chug it down fast to get it over with.

Multivitamins are good as well as evening primrose oil, and flax seeds. But eating a lot of raw vegetables and drinking a lot of water does an amazing job.

Also, I don't know if this would help you but I would take probiotic pills (align). They really help your digestive system to break down everything in your body and probiotics are amazing for you. It works way better than just eating yogurt.

Lots of water, I avoid drinking milk since it upsets my stomach/had more break outs when I had it a lot (replaced with almond milk), fresh berries/greek yogurt/honey/whey protein smoothies, eating vegetables with each meal, cutting out ice capps/sugar and more fish/crab/seaweed/cockles ^_^

I heard water with fresh lemon. I drink it because I enjoy it and I've been told that's Why I don't get many breakouts since it detoxes you.
