Fever Blister On My Lip!!

Okay so it's 2:45 in the morning where I live and I'm up because my back and neck hurts. Haha! But that's not the point my schools dance is Thursday and a fever blister is popping right on my lip. Do you guys know any ways to help stop it from getting any bigger? (: thanks.
